Terms of service

These terms cover your use of endurstore.com and any order you place through it. Ordering means you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not order.

The store is operated by ENDUR SALE OF READYMADE MENSWEAR, a sole establishment licensed in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates under trade licence CN-6741866. "ENDUR", "we" and "us" mean that establishment.

1. Who can order

You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, and you must be able to enter a binding contract where you live. You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you enter at checkout.

2. Products are made to order

Nothing on this site is held in stock. Each garment is printed and finished after you order it. Two things follow from that. Production takes time, described in the Shipping Policy. And because each piece is made individually, small variation between one garment and the next is normal.

3. Colours, measurements and print

Product images are photographs and renderings displayed on your screen. Screens differ, so colour on your device will not match the garment exactly. Measurements on product pages are supplier figures in inches and carry normal manufacturing tolerance. Print placement varies slightly by garment and by size.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in UAE dirhams. They do not include import duty or destination taxes. Shipping is added at checkout. We can change prices at any time before you order. The price that applies to your order is the one shown at the moment you pay.

Payment is taken at checkout by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card details.

5. When the contract is formed

Your order is an offer to buy. Placing it does not oblige us to accept it. The contract forms when we confirm the order has been sent to production. We may decline or cancel an order before that point, including where an item is priced or described in error, where we cannot ship to your address, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund you in full and charge you nothing else.

6. Delivery and risk

Delivery times in the Shipping Policy are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Import duty and destination taxes are yours to pay.

7. Refunds

The Refund Policy forms part of these terms. In short: 30 days from delivery, any reason, no return needed.

8. Intellectual property

The ENDUR wordmark, the E. monogram, the site design, the photography and the copy belong to us. You may not reproduce them, put them on goods, or use them in your own branding or advertising without written permission. Buying a garment gives you the garment, not a licence to the mark.

9. How you may use the site

Do not attempt to break into it, scrape it at a rate that degrades it, resell access to it, or use it to do anything unlawful. We can refuse service and close accounts where this happens.

10. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details to yourself. You are responsible for activity under your account until you tell us it has been compromised.

11. Third party services

This store runs on Shopify, uses third party payment processing, and ships through a third party manufacturer and third party carriers. Their terms apply to their part of the transaction. Links to other sites are not endorsements and we are not responsible for what is on them.

12. Limits on our liability

We provide the site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, or loss caused by carrier or customs delay. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or under UAE consumer protection law.

13. Your statutory rights

These terms do not reduce any right you have under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its executive regulations, or under the consumer law of the country you ordered from.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes go to the courts of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, without prejudice to any right you have to bring a claim where you live.
