Refund policy

ENDUR garments are made to order. Nothing is printed until you buy it, and there is no warehouse of finished stock behind this store. The terms below are written around that.

30 days, any reason

You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to ask for a refund. You do not need to give a reason, and you do not need to send the item back.

Email cartervalehq@gmail.com with your order number. We issue the refund to your original payment method within 3 business days of that email. How long it then takes to appear on your statement is up to your bank, usually up to 10 business days.

You keep the garment. Return shipping from most of the countries we ship to costs more than the item, so we do not ask for it.

Wrong, damaged or faulty items

Same 30 day window, same process. Send a photo with your email so we can tell the supplier what went wrong. You choose whether you want the item remade or the money back.

If a fault appears after 30 days, email us anyway. Faulty and non-conforming goods are covered by UAE consumer protection law regardless of what any store policy says, and we would rather sort it out than argue about the date.

Cancelling before it goes to production

Email us as soon as you can after ordering. If the order has not entered production yet, we cancel it and refund in full. Once production has started the garment exists, so we handle it under the 30 day terms above instead.

Wrong address

Email the correction as soon as you notice. Before the order ships we can change it. After it ships we cannot reroute it, and if it comes back to the supplier as undeliverable we refund you.

Sizing

Measurements are on every product page, in inches, per size. Measure a garment you already own and compare before you order. If it still turns up wrong, the 30 day terms cover it.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy reduces the rights you have under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and its executive regulations, or under the consumer law of the country you ordered from. Where those rights give you more than this policy does, they apply.
