Shipping policy

Everything is made to order. Your garment is printed and finished after you order it, then shipped from the supplier.

Times

These are the windows the supplier works to. They are estimates rather than promises. Customs inspections and carrier delays sit outside anything we control.

Production: 3 to 4 business days.

Delivery after production:

Tees, tanks and the crop sweatshirt: 7 to 10 days
Hoodies, sweatshirts, pants and shorts: 10 to 15 days

What shipping costs

Prices on this site are in UAE dirhams.

Inside the UAE: 25 AED, and free on orders of 200 AED or more.

Outside the UAE: the rate depends on the destination and the weight of the order. It is calculated at checkout and shown to you before you pay.

Where this page and checkout disagree, checkout is the one that applies.

Where we ship

Most of Europe, North America, the GCC, and much of Asia, South America, Africa and Oceania. If checkout accepts your address, we ship there.

Duties and taxes

Prices here do not include import duty or destination taxes. Orders leaving the UAE may attract import duty, VAT or a customs handling fee in the destination country. Those are set by your government, they are not included in what you pay here, and the carrier will collect them from you before delivery. If that matters to you, check your own country's import threshold before ordering.

Lost, late or stuck parcels

If tracking has not moved for 10 days past the end of the estimated window, email cartervalehq@gmail.com with your order number. We remake it or refund it. You choose which.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address exactly as entered at checkout. If it is wrong, email us before the order ships and we will change it. Parcels returned to the supplier as undeliverable are refunded in full.
